- Mutton Kaima – 200 grams
- Onion – 2 nos.
- Green Chilli – 4 nos.
- Pepper corn – ¼ tbsp
- Ginger – 1 no. 1 inch
- Garlic – 1 no. (full)
- Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
- Cloves – 3
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Coriander leaf – ¼ cup
- Fried gram – 3 tbsp
- Salt to tasteCooking Time: 25 minutesPreparation Method:
- Heat a pan add onion, green chilli, pepper corn, cloves, cinnamon and fry well. Take a mixer jar for grinding add all the fried ingredients and turmeric powder, coriander leaf grind well into a fine paste.
- Take the grinded content into a bowl ¾ of it, keep the remaining ¼ in the jar and add fried gram and grind well, at last add the kaima and just whip add salt to taste. And make a small balls lime size of the kaima. Keep a side.
- Now take a pan / kadai and add grinded masala of ¾ and with enough of water & salt to taste, cook for 5 minutes and add kaima unde, boil it for 10-15 minutes till it is cooked.
Tasty, Kaima unde saaru is ready to eat. Serve hot with rice, chapatti or roti.
