Aloo Saag is made with saag, potatoes and spices. It’s a simple and inexpensive vegan meal that’s served with a bowl of dal and some chapatis or rice.

Aloo saag is one of the most delicious and popular dishes in Indian cuisine. It’s a popular side dish, which can be served as an appetizer or a main course. This delicious dish is made with spinach leaves that have been cooked in a creamy, rich, spicy and tangy gravy made with tomatoes and curry leaves. The dish is served hot, but it also tastes great cold.

If you’re looking for a takeaway style version of authentic Indian dishes, then you should try out this recipe for Saag Aloo. As with most authentic Indian dishes, the key is in the cooking methods. You need to cook the onions until they become translucent, before adding the other vegetables. The dish is well worth the extra effort and can be made quickly, meaning that you can have your own takeaway style Indian dish at home within minutes.

Traditional Saag Aloo is not vegan because it uses ghee, a clarified butter traditionally used in Indian cooking. You can change this to use canola oil, which is a more neutral flavor than ghee.
